This policy explains how Alaska Rural Construction Services (“ARCS,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you visit this website or contact us.
Information you send us
When you press “Send Request” on the contact form, the information you enter (your name, organization, community or location, project type, phone number, email address and project details) is sent to and stored by Wix.com, the company that hosts this website and provides our form service. Wix keeps the submission in our Wix account, may add you as a contact in that account so we can follow up, and emails a copy of your request to our office (office@alaskarural.com) and to backup addresses used by ARCS so it is not missed. If you email or call us instead, we receive the information you choose to share.
How we use it
- To respond to your questions and prepare estimates or bids.
- To communicate with you about a project.
- To keep ordinary business records.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics on this website. The site is hosted by Wix, and the contact form uses Wix’s software, which is loaded from the esm.sh content network when you use the form and may store a temporary visitor session token in your browser so your request can be submitted; see Wix’s privacy policy. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address and browser information as part of delivering those files; see Google’s privacy policy. If we add analytics or other services in the future, we will update this page.
